Once a shipping label is created, you should receive a email from ShipStation with your tracking information; sometimes these emails get stuck in spam mail folder so be sure to check there if you don’t see it at first. Once you receive this email, it may take several hours for the tracking number to show up in the system.
***Most orders in the US are received within 3-5 business days. We are not able to give delivery estimates for international orders as it relies heavily on how long packages are kept in customs.***
Please understand that once we hand a order off to USPS, we have no further control over their shipping process or delays. If your package seems to have been mis-routed, please contact USPS directly. Their customer service number is 1-800-275-8777 in the event there is a delay or issue with delivery in the US however, feel free to reach out to us as well if your package has been delayed/shown no movement for a week or more.
