The Tropicam hooded rashguard. 255gsm Ultra-Stretch Poly Lycra Laminate in green-and-gold tropical camo — sun protection for the long surface days when a wetsuit is too much warmth and a regular sun shirt is too little structure.

Built on the Waihana hooded rashguard platform: hood with neoprene face seal, exterior 7mm chest loading pad for the same speargun loading you'd do in a wetsuit jacket, integrated emergency whistle, thumbloops, anti-slip silicone inner binding at the bottom hem so it stays put under board shorts or trousers. Structural front loop fastens to your boardshorts to keep the whole rig anchored.

Designed and tested in Hawaii.

First day was awesome!

I just wore my rashguard spearfishing for the first time this weekend and it was great! Fits snugly which is great for speed in the water, and along with the small button loop at the bottom front the snugness prevented the shirt from riding up like all my past rash guards did. The thickness of the neoprene is fine even in warm water- allowed enough freedom of movement. We have a crazy amount of moon jellies here this time of year (FL Keys) and the shirt gave me all the protection I needed. Definitely worth it!
